Where do you deliver
We deliver to all UK postcodes - that's England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and all those little islands nearby that have a UK postcode.
How quickly do you deliver
Standard delivery is 'next day' for applications received and approved before 11.30am. Delivery is between 8.00am and 6.00pm and a signature is required upon delivery. You can chose any other day to suit, other than a weekend. Some remote postcodes, such as the far North of Scotland are on a two day delivery. Friday applications will be delivered on Monday. For extra cost we can deliver to the majority of postcodes on a Saturday or pre 9.00am, pre 10.30am or pre 12.00 midday. See the 'How much is delivery' question for further details.
How much is delivery
FREE! For Basic and PRO Scheme hire, and for new machine purchases, standard delivery and collection is free of charge. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm and a signature is required upon delivery. You can upgrade delivery for a Saturday or a week day timed delivery as follows:- Saturday £70, pre 9.00am £95, pre 10.30am £80 and pre 12.00 midday £70. This delivery upgrade is available to most, but not all, UK postcodes. Delivery upgrades can be selected as part of the online ordering process and we will get in touch with you to confirm your postcode is OK for the selected delivery option.
What if I am not in to accept delivery
Our standard delivery is weekdays between 8.00am and 6.00pm and a signature is required upon delivery. Our delivery company will not just leave the machine in the shed or on the doorstep! If you are not able to stay in to accept delivery we will deliver to your work address or to a neighbour. We usually manage to sort something out - just call us if in doubt and we will see if we can help. Alternatively we do offer a Saturday delivery or a weekday timed delivery to most UK postcodes. See 'How much is Delivery' FAQ for further details.
