The New M3 Indoor Cycle by Keiser is set to start a fitness revolution in indoor cycling. Always on the lookout to keep workouts fresh, exciting, and challenging, indoor cycling is a great way to get your heart pumping, burn calories, and no need to worry about weather or traffic hazards!
- www.burntoday.comThe sleekly designed Keiser M3 indoor exercise bikes are truly remarkable! They require no maintenance! They simply require routine cleaning and regular performance checks.
- Jake Sankey, Sankey News BlogThe M3 is ultra quiet (...that means you can actually watch television on this thing without turning the tube up so loud the upstairs neighbors start thumping on the floor..)
- www.fitness-gadgets.comI really was quite impressed with the way it looked, more modern sculpture than mere exercise bike.
- ShaliniThe M3 is the best indoor bike on the market. It's smooth, simple to use, and doesn't take up too much room. It's the closest thing to riding a road bike
- Mark Young, Lead Physiotherapist, England & Wales Cricket BoardThere really wasn’t much to think about when it came to choosing our group cycle bikes. The M3 looks better than the rest, performs better than the rest, is easy and comfortable to ride and requires less maintenance

Thank you for all your great emails. The Keiser M3 is truly something else. When you get on it the ride is just so smooth that you literally don't want to get off it. When I first received the bike there were a few problems because after I set it up the flywheel pre-attached to the bike frame was rubbing on the plastic so it felt stiff even in the lowest gear and made a noise so I thought here we go, another dodgy bike. I followed your and Keiser's advice and didn't use it and just left it to the experts to sort out. Someone from Keiser came the next day (a Friday) and had to take it away. I got it back again the following Thursday. Since then I have been one very happy man. The Keiser M3 is fascinating. Not only does it look fantastic positioned neatly in my flat it actually makes indoor cycling fun more than I've ever experienced. It is virtually silent and hasn't even started to make noise. I love cycling with my heart rate monitor and the earphones plugged into the MTV dance channel (recently the world cup replaced MTV dance!) The whole reason I started hiring the Keiser M3 was because I kept having to replace cheaper bikes. I have been through so many. One even lasted two weeks! I have been indoor cycling for about 4-5 years now and with the previous bikes (and calorie control) my goals to lose weight (5 stone) and improve fitness were achieved. Although I improved my fitness with the previous bikes, the reason all the other bikes were wearing out so fast was because they couldn't cope with how hard I was training on them. As I got fitter I had to train harder to keep improving. My fitness seemed to reach a plateau (highest VO2 max was 60). The Keiser M3 fits in extremely well because it can withstand all of the hard training so my fitness is improving even further and my highest VO2 max was measured at 63 the other day). All of my exercise is part of a fitness regime which alternates weight training with cardio for 6 days of the week. I already vary the type of weight training and the type of cardio (once a week I run on the treadmill but I rarely cross train or row nowadays). The other thing that keeps me going as well as the variety is my heart rate monitor, the Polar FT80. It is really awesome because there is a program for strength training and for cardio. As far as cardio goes it tells you how much time to spend in each heart rate zone depending on whether you want to improve or maximise your fitness level. It updates this once a week. It also can measure VO2 max so gives me a good idea of how my fitness is progressing. I used to have the F55 which replaced the F11 but when I had to send it off to be repaired I decided to buy the FT80 as well. Recently I have been getting cyclists hands (a bit of numbness in the little finger on my right hand) but I am overcoming that by being in a more upright position to reduce the weight and pressure on my hands and wrists and by changing my hand position on the handlebars often. Taking more breaks during long rides may also help but I find that difficult because I really get into it and vary the exercise itself as you were saying! No I don't mind if this goes on your website - think what you have done for me!

As a Master Trainer and fitness enthusiast, I love the new Keiser M3 Indoor Cycle. The technology that Keiser uses on their new M3 cycle creates the smoothest and quietest indoor ride that I have ever been on. The added features of the computer also provides me with the technology to give my participants a workout that fits both their abilitities and their goals. M3 truly empowers indoor cyclists."
